Arsenal are reportedly pushing to sign Chelsea midfielder, Andrey Santos ahead of Paris Saint-Germain.
In January 2023, Chelsea acquired the Brazil international from Vasco da Gama, a team based in Rio de Janeiro.
The 21-year-old was promptly sent back to his childhood team before making another loan transfer to Nottingham Forest in time for the 2023–24 season.
Santos was supposed to play for Forest for the full season at the City Ground, but he was called up in January after just two games in five months.

Since moving to Strasbourg in February 2024, Santos has reestablished his credibility, despite Chelsea’s worst fears at the time.
Strasbourg brought in the Brazilian on loan for another season after Santos made an immediate impression on Chelsea’s French sister club.
This season, Chelsea’s £18 million acquisition has been a revelation in Ligue 1, scoring 11 goals for Strasbourg, who have risen to sixth place in the French top division.
Ligue 1 winners and Champions League finalists PSG are interested in signing him because of his superb play, but Arsenal are also considering a summer transfer.
According to the French publication Le10Sport as reported by The Metro, Arsenal are “working hard” to get Santos and they anticipate a summer transfer battle with PSG.
Chelsea may be persuaded to sell Santos if they can turn a sizable profit on a player they signed two years ago, but it is unclear if they are willing to do so.
