Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim has urged his players to raise their performance levels away from home ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest.

Despite a three-match winning streak — including victories over Sunderland, Brighton, and a landmark triumph at Anfield — United have managed just one away win all season.
That success at Liverpool stands in sharp contrast to disappointing defeats at Manchester City, Brentford, and a shock Carabao Cup exit to League Two side Grimsby Town.
Amorim: “We Must Control The Environment Better”
Speaking on the eve of the Forest clash, Amorim admitted his side have struggled to replicate their home form on the road.
“We need to understand we are not being the same team away and at home, so we must improve the way we control the environment,” he said.
“Every tackle becomes a big moment for the opponents’ fans. We need to play better away.”
The Portuguese tactician, who marks one year in charge at Old Trafford this week, expects a tough challenge from Sean Dyche’s Forest side — a team that has won the last three league meetings between the clubs.
Amorim hinted he may keep faith with the lineup that beat Brighton 4-2, highlighting the strong connection between Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo on the right flank.
However, both players — along with Noussair Mazraoui — are set to miss several weeks in January due to Africa Cup of Nations duties, reports Independent.
“Other players will get their chance,” Amorim said. “The team understands the way we want to play. If we keep improving, those changes won’t affect our momentum.”
United will look to end their poor away run and continue climbing toward the top four with a win at the City Ground.
