Amad Shades Arsenal With ‘Only Hope’ Dig Following Man United Win

Manchester United star Amad Diallo made fun of Arsenal after the Red Devils ended the Premier League leaders’ unbeaten record at the Emirates.

Mikel Arteta’s team have not lost any home game this season across all competitions prior to Sunday’s showdown between Arsenal and United.

Man United gave the Gunners their first home loss with a comeback to win 3-2 at the Emirates.

The Red Devils put on yet another outstanding display after their thrilling victory against Manchester City last week. Arsenal, on the other hand, were dreadful and deserved to lose.

Diallo mocked Arsenal in a back-and-forth with one of their supporters on social media because the Gunners were lacklustre in attack and only appeared dangerous from set pieces.

According to Football 365, after the match, Diallo told the supporter to ‘be humble’, while their ‘only hope is corner’ against Man Utd.

Carrick is improving his chances of being named Manchester United’s next permanent manager with this outcome and performance, but he is adamant that he won’t go overboard as they attempt to qualify for the Champions League.

“It’s only been 10 days, so it was never going to be perfect,” Carrick said.

“We couldn’t expect to come here and suddenly dominate the whole game and the ball. We’re just starting off, really. It’s a great starting point, but we need to put more layers on top, and we’ll try to do that in the coming weeks.

“It is a real collective feeling. It’s great when it comes together and everyone’s in it, and we can celebrate with the fans at the end. That’s important and it’s a big moment.”
