Trent Alexander-Arnold is reportedly hoping to return to action prior to Real Madrid’s Champions League matchup with Liverpool.
According to The Mirror, the former Reds full-back’s recovery from a hamstring injury has gone well, and it is now feasible for him to visit Anfield on November 4.
Alexander-Arnold is believed to be planning on coming back towards the end of Real Madrid’s four games before their trip to Merseyside. The 27-year-old has now missed four weeks of action after being initially given a six-week window to return.
The Los Blancos full-back sustained an injury in the first few minutes of last month’s Champions League game against Marseille. The setback completed a challenging start to his life in the capital of Spain.

Alexander-Arnold swiftly established himself in the Real Madrid starting lineup before Xabi Alonso decided to utilize club captain Dani Carvajal after he recovered from a serious knee injury.
The defender subsequently lost his place in Thomas Tuchel’s England squad in September due to his lack of playing time.
In the upcoming weeks, Alexander-Arnold will have to demonstrate his quality and fitness in order to secure a spot on both sides. That will be a challenging assignment if he returns to his old club.
The Liverpool academy product is expected to encounter hostility upon his return to Merseyside after turning down a new contract with the club in favor of transferring to the Berbabeu.
He was released early to compete in the Club World Cup, earning the Reds a fee of £10 million.
