Klopp ‘Agrees’ Real Madrid Move As Nine-Transfer Overhaul Plan Emerges

Jurgen Klopp has reportedly agreed to take over at Real Madrid, with claims emerging that the former Liverpool boss has already outlined an ambitious transfer plan ahead of a potential summer arrival.

The German coach, who stepped away from management in 2024 after a lengthy spell at Anfield, has been heavily linked with a return to the dugout despite previously suggesting he may take a long break.

Reports in Spain now suggest he is ready to replace Alvaro Arbeloa, who could depart following a disappointing campaign, reports Football 365.

Klopp is said to have held discussions with club president Florentino Perez, with the hierarchy already informed of his vision for a major squad overhaul.

The report claims several players could be moved on, including Dani Carvajal and Eduardo Camavinga, as part of efforts to reshape the squad.

These additions are viewed as essential to raising overall squad quality.

Further exits could include Andriy Lunin, Dani Ceballos and Fran Garcia, allowing room for new arrivals.

While the claims remain unconfirmed and somewhat conflicting, they suggest that if Klopp does take charge in Madrid, a significant rebuild could be on the horizon under his leadership.
