Former Manchester City and Everton defender, Joleon Lescott has reportedly reckoned there should be an introduction of a managerial transfer window.
The 43-year-old believes clubs should not be able to poach coaches from other clubs mid-season.
This season, the Premier League has already witnessed a good number of managerial changes. Ange Postecoglou took Nuno Espirito Santo’s place at Nottingham Forest before being replaced by Sean Dyche.
Following Vitor Pereira’s dismissal, Rob Edwards was signed by Wolves from Middlesbrough, and Nuno Espirito Santo later joined West Ham as Graham Potter’s replacement.

Lescott, a former England international defender, believes that although it is permissible to hire out-of-contract managers halfway through the season, recruiting them from other teams need to be limited to a certain mid-season window because of the possibility of disruption.
Lescott Wants Introduction Of Manager Transfer Window
“I believe there should be a window for coaches and managers,” admitted Lescott, speaking on In The Mixer as quoted by The Mirror.
“I don’t believe you should be able just to go and get a new manager. It should be just before the player window. Say it would maybe be in December.
