Chelsea’s chief revenue officer Casper Stylsvig has left his role less than two years after joining the Premier League giants.
The 52-year-old executive was hired in November 2023 following stints at AC Milan, Fulham, and Manchester United’s commercial department.
Chelsea announced his appointment with high hopes, with then-CEO Chris Jurasek praising Stylsvig’s “football and commercial expertise” at the time of arrival.

However, Stylsvig departs Stamford Bridge with Chelsea still without a long-term shirt sponsor, leaving a major gap in revenue generation.
The Blues remain the only top-flight club without a confirmed front-of-shirt partner despite pursuing several deals over the last year.
Sponsor Search Leaves Chelsea Frustrated
Chelsea have reportedly sought between £60m and £65m annually for sponsorship, pricing out some potential partners in a challenging market.
Saudi airline Riyadh Air has been strongly linked, but no official agreement has yet been reached between the club and company.
Last season, Chelsea began without a sponsor before striking a short-term deal with Dubai-based property developer Damac late in the campaign, reports Daily Mail.
They also started the 2023-24 season sponsorless before eventually confirming a £40m short-term contract with US-based tech firm Infinite Athlete.
Stylsvig’s departure raises fresh concerns over Chelsea’s financial strategy, especially with Profit and Sustainability rules looming large over Premier League clubs.
